I’m an Administrative Assistant. What do I do? Well, that depends, many administrative assistant has different job description. Mine…so far…time management, calendar management, prep and send out mails, making phone calls, work knowledge of Microsoft Office, computer technology, CRM programs, social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, WordPress), and fax & copy & print. This is all that I could think of now, will keep update when I have a chance.
When I use the word ‘prep’…there are lots to do, like, getting the list of contents->making sure content has recommended text->revise content->create letter->mail merge content to letter->create envelope->mail merge content to envelop->close letters->drop letters off at mailbox
